The city school district has decided to suspend all remaining half days. Due to low attendence they will now become regular school days. Never in my life have I heard of a district altering its school schedule without any warning or legitimate reason. But then again, this isn't just any district...

Not much else is new. It looks as though I may be able to show Glory to my students tomorrow and Friday. I feel like this may be really beneficial, but usually when I think that I am just setting myself up for disaster. Otherwise I'm just planning for the new group on Monday, working on a set classroom routine so hopefully they can settle down quickly and class can be productive.
