Sick Days

On Friday I did not go to work. Apparently neither did any of the other 8th grade teachers. Suprisingly enough they found secretaries and random staff members willing to hold classes and my students actually completed the work I left for them. So today I'm checking it off in my grade book and I come across a student I had last semester. Now it makes sense that you would take advantage of a crazy situation and sit in a class where you don't belong - but to do the work! These children are so bizarre. Would've been nice for him to do the work when he actually was in my class.
