Crazy has advantages

Things I like about my current position:
- the ability to wear sneakers every day of the week
- numerous professional development 0pportunities
- relative autonomy within the confines of my classroom walls
- the week in December we had no kids because the fire left too many health risks
- it is regularly hilarious

Things I do not like:
- the inability to impliment creative lessons because the kids are not behaviorably able to cooperativly engage with one another and follow complicated procedures
- disrespect and lack of professionalism
- the system's constant flucuations on our future (i will not know where or what i'm teaching next year until august which means i have no ability to plan for the future)
