Political Cartoons, take 1,000

I need to find a way to bring this cartoon in for my students. This is necessary for a variety of reasons: (1) I am continually trying to teach them to analyze political cartoons. They find this challenging and generally annoying. Especially when I make them create their own. (2) I love the Bill of Rights and now make them recite all ten at the beginning of every class. (3) Most importantly, when we were going over the steps of "how a bill becomes a law" (don't everybody break into school house rock song) their sample law was "there should be no minimum wage to buy cigarettes." Yes children, that is obviously the most pressing issue. Although in 8th grade I'm sure my first thought would have been something similar.
